1937 Felt Emerald Bay Patch Crescent Bay Area CA

This was the top selling Camp item for January 2009. Almost $1000 for a camp patch – must be a killer patch!

that’s because it’s the ‘good camper’ patch.. the standard ‘camper’ patch goes for about 99 cents… 🙂

It’s a very tough patch from a very popular camp with a lot of serious collectors from the old Crescent Bay Area Council. The Good Camper award does have to be earned so yes, it is better than the standard patch in general.

Hi. Does anyone know whose camp collection was sold in the Manions auction that ended on the 8th? There were some nice items in there, some went for very high prices, although several pages of items didn’t receive any bids. Did anyone on this list pick up anything from that sale that they were really wanting?

I think it was Kevin Patricks collection.
