Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter March 17, 2020

Here is a view I am a little more proud of. This is the heart of the operation where all the online action happens. From this main work room all the eBay listing, shipping and Best Hobby Pages magic happens. It’s still a work in progress but today we managed to mostly get caught up on shipping which means things are getting back to normal with the business.

You can find 213 live OA flap auctions on my eBay account as I continue to run new auctions nearly every night. Having OAimages go down has slowed the progress as I’ve always relied on that site to help ID patches. Hopefully the message from ISCA that they have a back up is true and it will be turned on soon.

Moving all your stuff is truly a humbling experience. I feel like I could post stuff for sale on eBay and Facebook for the next 5 years and not get through it all. One of my employees told me as much this morning. But I just can’t bring myself to throwing anything BSA related away so I’ll keep trying to get it all sorted and sold even it does take me the next decade to do so.

Like just about everyone we are hunkering down and riding out the virus. Both kids are home from school and my wife is working from home. Looks like we will get to see what online 4th grade looks like.
