Beating Down the Best Offer!

I think most would agree that you are seeing a lot more listings run using the Buy-It-Now or Best Offer feature. Heck I even submitted a best offer of $12 on a $20 patch today and got turned down. So have you ever wondered how low can you go? What would be the bottom basement price that a seller would accept if they really wanted to move the item? Well here are some examples that show maybe there is room for horse trading and bargaining on eBay. After all, its a buyers market!!
