I feel the pain of the guy trying to sell the Silver Award lapel in below. Sometimes it’s really hard to get your camera to focus on the details of those small pins and you end up with a crummy photo. If you have been reading Larry Faulkner’s articles in the ISCA Journal then you might be inspired to pick up those neat trail medals.

I have to give a big shout out to one of our brothers of the cloth that helped me tremendously yesterday. Danny Ryan met me at my wife’s apartment (on the 3rd floor) and helped me move her out to the house we are renting in Charlotte. It’s wonderful to have friends in this hobby that you can rely on when in need. If anybody has a Catawba S3 flap I know Danny would love to hear from you!

Now for a story of leveraging your needs. I mentioned last week one of the best OA pieces in South Carolina was in a patch lot and it turns out that someone from Alaska bought it. However, he doesn’t want to keep it but instead wants to use it to entice someone to dig out his needs. So the patch is a mint Skyuka R1 and the new owner is Michael Jacobson. He is looking for good stuff from Alaska. Click the link above to shoot him an email.

The patches featured in this block are among those featured in my 30% off sale. I’ve got more than 1800 patches for sale and they are from all over the country. Check it out if you want to see if I’ve got a good price on something from your lodge.
