Buy-it-Now! Before Somebody Else Does…

Have you ever heard those stories where your buddy was on eBay – saw something pop up as a buy-it-now and scooped it up before any of the competition even saw it!? Well I’ve never been “that buddy” but this week I went looking to see what has sold recently with the buy-it-now feature that might have been a steal. I’m no expert on BSA so if any of you spot on of these as a steal how about tell us which one!

Well, at first I thought it was maybe the Type 1 Eagle patch, but then I spotted the 1948 OA Conference patch. Do you think that’s from the National OA Conference? If so, it may be a new discovery!

I once spotted a California Girl Scout prototype license plate on eBay and did a Buy It Now for $35. When I displayed it with my other Scouting license plates at a regional meet in San Francisco, other California plate collectors nearly fell over because they didn’t even know it existed. And those guys comb through eBay listing like jason!

Nope–it’s the R1 from Mikano Lodge 231.
