San Mateo County Area/Council RWS for trade or sale

I have the above super rare RWS available for trade or sale. It is used but in great shape as you can see. I have only seen three in my life, all in the hands of local collectors. My guess is that it predates the San Mateo County Council/California RWS which dates from the 60’s and 70’s. In fact, the latter strip was still being worn by camp staff in 1973 when the T-1 black SMCC CSP was first issued to the National Jamboree troop.

I’ll have it at the NOAC for those who want to inspect it in person and will be taking offers from now until . . . I find the right deal, of course! PM me if interested.

Hi Peggy,The weather vaeris from day to day, but it can be rather cold (around 10-15 C) at night at times so make sure you pack a sweater. Mosquitoes vaeris from place to place, so it’s hard to tell. The mesh kit I’m unaware of unfortunately./Marcus
