Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter August 19, 2016

Like most issues I’m leading off with some nice vintage Scouting memorabilia that gets the interest peaked. The merit badge sash pictured below is a really nice one that the seller is dating to the mid-1920s.

Any day now I expect to get in domr boxes for the first consignment collection I’ve taken on in quite some time. This guy was a buyer from me before life situations told him this was the time to sell. I’ll be getting this collection listed up on eBay and probably taking it to some TORs this fall.

This time next week I’ll be packing the car for the Occoneechee TOR at Camp Durant in North Carolina. It looks to be a good show with tables sold out. We are blessed to have several shows in North Carolina and I’m excited to be able to have 24′ of table space at this one.

This weekend I’m running a sale in my OA Conclave category that marks down every fixed priced item by 30% off. These are some of the most valuable items I have in my store so I hope collectors will take advantage of the chance to pick up a few needs. Of course most of the concentration is from my backyard in the Carolinas.
