Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter September 20, 2020

One way you can stay active in the hobby during COVID is logging into the Scout Patch Collectors Facebook Group. With over 16k thousand members this is the most active group on the platform. I randomly posted some things for sale as I was leaving work Friday. As of last night almost all of those items are now sold and on their way to new homes.

I found out last night that the Fall Fellowship I am going to attend at the end of October is actually a joint event with 2 lodges. Since their camp was destroyed in a catastrophic flash flood Skyuka Lodge (Spartanburg, SC) has been meeting at other locations. They are going to hold a joint fellowship with Santee 116 at Camp Coker which is a really cool idea!

I have grown my eBay store to over 31k items. All last week I was sorting boxes trying to get more stuff ready to go. Up for auction right now I have 265 items with over 117 of them ending tonight on eBay. I’ve also started running a sale on over 8k items in my Patchblanket eBay Store.

If I’m very lucky my wife might let me slip out to work for a few hours this afternoon. We don’t have much planned today. I have to go to Walmart or Lowes an see if they sell a massive box so I can ship huge D-Ring binders to all of you that have asked.
