Boy Scout Medals of Honor
I think that all of us who have been through the Scouting program as boys or later as leaders have a respect for these great award medals that sold recently on eBay. The Bronze Wolf medal is not a BSA item but shows you that when it comes to these ribbons and medals that the feeling is pretty universal. One of these days I’m going to break down myself and collect the old Senior Scout award medals like the Silver Award below. I earned my Eagle in 1989 so I didn’t get a shiny sterling silver medal but it still looks pretty in my shadow box.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
