Iraqi Scouting Service Square Knot

A member of my council International Committee received the Kashafa Service Award (Iraqi Scouting Service square knot) from the Victory Base Council in Baghdad for his outstanding service to Iraqi Scouting. I wanted to share the knot with you. It’s red & black with a green border on a white background.

It is a special issue from the mostly US military organizers of Scouting in Iraq, not an official BSA issue. It is being administered by the Green Zone and Victory Base Councils, both of which are located in Baghdad.
