Mexican scout patches?

I recently bought a collection from Texas. In it were a few patches the owner said he traded for when his council took a trip to Mexico. Can anybody help with these? Any info would be helpful.

Well, this probably isn’t much help, but amanecer means dawn. In the past, C.A. used to stand for Central America. The Boy Scout tree badge looks British to me, but again, I’m not sure.

Hi the segment with the scout planting the tree is an U.S. Explorer Senior Scout Title “Scout Conservationist”. I am interested in purchasing or trading for it.
