Take a look at the auctions ending this weekend

Yesterday we had a super productive work shop with many of the key staff members at Camp Barstow to plan curriculum. In 2019 we have 15 different programs and over 1/2 of them were represented in the meeting by the key staff member leading that piece. We are miles ahead of last summer in preparation. The other score yesterday was offering a contract to our #1 need for 2019 – an aquatics director.

I think if I count we have spent 10 days now hosting family whether it be on the road to WV or back home in NC and traveling to SC. I love them all but the entrepreneur in me is ready to get back to the office and sit at my desk. Having New Years Eve just around the corner doesn’t help. If I’m lucky my wife will let me hit the office this weekend and get the shipping caught up.

My sister-in-law works for Amazon Studies in Los Angeles and on the way home today we were talking about how they try and squeeze every ounce of productivity and cost savings out of the company. She got me thinking about some things I could do differently in 2019 so it might be time for some good old fashioned New Year’s resolutions.

I don’t completely have the clear to attend four TORs over the next two months but that would be my goal. The two that will be a stretch are making it to Dallas and Indy which are both worth the trip.

Over the holiday I’ve been running a pretty good sale in my eBay store at Patchblanket.com.  One of the experiments is a sale that gives you 10% off if you purchase 3 or more items.

I apologize for getting this issue out so late in the day but with all the running I’ve been doing it’s a wonder I was able to publish at all.  Having only missed one issue so far over this holiday season is quite an accomplishment!
