How much is a stand worth?
I have a good friend who broke his stained glass eagle picture one day by knocking it off its little wooden stand. His parents gave it to him when he got his Eagle Scout badge back in the late 1980s and ever since then he has wanted to replace this item. The listing I spotted on eBay has exactly what he needs but its missing the small wooden stand. Which got me to thinking…how much is the stand worth? I ask that because in my Prices Realized Guide I have examples of this item with the stand selling for as much as $250. In those listings the photography is much more professional which probably doesn’t hurt. As I write this post the glass by itself is just $76 which seems a little low. What do you think? How much value is in the wooden stand?

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
