The first collection is really small and contains OA flaps. I didn’t have any idea what was in this box from the 70s and early 80s. Sadly there was really nothing outstanding but I shouldn’t spoil the surprise.
The 2nd box that I opened was a little more fun. This one was from a guy who went to the 1989 Jamboree and did a lot of trading. The collection had OA flaps, jamboree patches, csps and pins. I got a kick out of seeing patches that I too was trading for at the ’89 Jamboree when I was a youth.
I am watching the 2021 Jamboree neckerchief and wondering if there are tens of thousands of these sitting in the warehouse? Right now these cancelled events are a hot ticket item.
I have 50 auctions ending over the next 2 days as I wrap up the strategy of launching auctions on multiple accounts. Next week I’ll move the 4k+ items from my Patchsniper store over to the main Patchblanket.com store. I hope this will also make for a better buyer experience with everything in one store.
I am getting closer to completing an inventory of all of my online inventory. When I’m done I’ll take pictures and report the results. You might not believe how much stuff I found that was not actually listed in my boxes.
