Boy Scout Trade-O-Ree Calendar: New England Trade-O-Ree

For 37 years Greg Anthony has helped organize and host the New England Trade-O-Ree at Camp Carpenter in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this short interview Greg shares details on this year’s event coming up October 29-30, 2021. There are so many reasons to attend this event as a vendor or visitor. The beautiful dining hall can fit as many as 100 tables so there will be tons of Scouting memorabilia for buy/sale/trade. The camp is the home of the fantastic Lawrence E. Lee Scouting Museum. The museum has some of the best displays of any in the country. The council is offering Collections and Scouting Heritage Merit Badge for youth Scouts. Although there are plenty of local hotels they also offer the inexpensive option to rent a cabin for the weekend at the camp. And if all that was not enough Friday night also includes a Lobsterfest where for $20 you can get Maine Lobster with all the trimmings.
