Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter February 04, 2022

Wednesday night I pulled the plug on my trip to the Indy TOR. The TOR is still on and judging by Facebook several of my friends have made it. But this Carolina boy has no experience driving through snow and ice so I decided to sit it out. The good news is this gives me a few extra days to work on projects in the office.
Yesterday I spent about four hours working on probably my last summer camp promo video for this cycle. I have about 1300 people on an email list for Barstow so I wanted to reach out one last time and let units know it’s not too late to sign up.
I have
278 live auctions running on eBay with a bunch ending Sunday. There is quite a mix of OA, CSPs, and event patches. When I get to work today I’m going to make a Facebook play and post 70 lots of a dozen CSPs each to sell. I recently purchased over 1k shoulder patches and I am trying to see if I can move them in lots.
Yesterday I posted another unboxing video in my
Scouting Hot Finds Insiders Patreon group. These supporters are helping me pay for all the web hosting, podcast hosting and video editing services so I can keep all this content going. I reached out to a few people this week to see if I can get some content on the calendar for February.
