Running Waters District Scout-O-Rama featuring Running Waters 17th Annual Trade-O-Ree is being held May 11th-12th, 2012. This year’s theme for the Scout-O-Rama is the War of 1812 Life in America 200 Years Ago. The 1812 Historical Society Re-enactors along with the Native American Re-enactors and the River Raisin National Battlefield Park will be participating this year to help kick off the 200th anniversary celebrations of the War of 1812. Free admission to both the Trade_O-Ree and Scout-O-Rama.
Hours for the Trade-O-Ree are:
Friday, May 11, 2012 5:00pm-11:00pm
Saturday, May 12, 2012 9:00-5:00pm
Hours for the Scout-O-Rama:
Saturday 10:00am-4:30pm
Table rentals for the Trade-O-Ree are available and are:
1st Table and 2 chairs $15.00 additional tables are $12.50.
All rentals must be paid in full by May 1, 2012 there are no day of rentals.
Trade-O-Ree exhibitors will be treated to a free Cracker Barrel on Friday night and a morning coffee, tea, or juice will be provided. Saturday morning breakfast will be available at both of the fairground concessions for a nominal fee from 7:30am-10:00am. The exhibit building is located in a high traffic area of the SOR. All merchandise must be scout related. No no-scout related items can be brought, sold, or traded the Trade-O-Ree.
