A few weeks ago I promoted the auctions of a Scoutmaster that was selling a donated collection to benefit the troop. You might remember that Illinois round from Wetassa that did really well at auction. Well today the SM has part II of that collection ending at auction including 40 pieces from the 1950s. Check these out at bluemanbsa on eBay.
The best flap in the donated collection is a A-Me-Qua F2a that is still looking for a bid. Of auctions that have a bid the best one is a Wetassa R2a. The auction states that “Any purchases will help our camp scholarship fund. The collector was a Scout from 1950 ’till 1956”.
I still have the catalog that I made to help him promote the previous round. You can click to find out how that Wetassa R1 ended along with the other auction listings. Helping market this sale was a very small way for me to give back and support a troop effort. Very soon I’ll be signing up as part of my son’s Scouting journey so I am sympathetic to any effort to bring down the cost of the program within a troop.
This weekend on eBay my big sale is 50% off on my inventory of nearly 2,000 shoulder strips listed in my eBay store. The discount is automatically shown and if you buy multiples be sure to request a combined invoice for discounts on shipping.
