In a video today I spend a little time sharing the story of my new antique mall booth that opened in January. During the course of visiting and setting everything up I took lots of pictures. This video spins that into a chronological story gives you a close up look at what I’ve got at the store located in Florence, SC.

One of the things that you’ll find in the video is the story of how I’m a bad engineer. I was reminded of the old saying “measure twice, cut once” when we tried to squeeze all the custom made book shelves, uniform racks and tables into the space I had.

Those of you who have been in the hobby a while will recognize one of the hard to find Jensen frames that featured a hinged and lockable top. He sold these for about $100 many years ago but dropped them after a while. I know a few people that have them and I built an entire table around mine to make it the centerpiece of the display.

The booth is located right off Interstate 95 in Florence, SC if you have any travel plans that would take you in that direction this summer. I imagine with all the beach traffic going through that area there are bound to be some patch hounds that could work it into a pit stop.

I went through today and updated the TOR calendar. I hope I caught all the new shows. Thanks for sending in your flyers!
