Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter June 13, 2021

 

For those of you who have been loyal readers of this email you will already know that in 2019 I did a terrible job of keeping on schedule once camp started. I have some systems in place now that should make that easier but I am sure I’ll eventually break my streak of publishing on time.

 

Thank you for all the support regarding my effort to help the Los Angeles based costumer. I had a few hiccups on the Google Form but several of you offered to help me source stuff for them. If you did a simple google search you will find out that it’s likely a Spielberg movie but they haven’t told me anything for sure.

 

I am going to try and do a better job this summer of staying on my publishing schedule. Some of you will remember that back in 2019 I just about went a month without publishing. Since then I’ve put some systems in place that should help (fingers crossed).
I have 175 live auctions on eBay with a bunch of those ending tonight. There is a natural slow down on the platform over the summer which is one reason I get to run out and play camp director. But I’ll try and keep the engine running while I’m gone.
I don’t know what your summer plans are but I’m hoping that you will also get to do some Scouting. I know that the young people on my staff are excited to be here at camp and I can feel their excitement. Here’s to a great summer!
