Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter June 25, 2017

The Air Explorer Ace patch on the shirt below is one of my big needs. I’ve got most of the other Air Scout issues (except for the rating strips). Senior Scouting is one of my favorite collections.

I know a lot of guys in my area that would like to have that Muscogee 3″ round below. OA odd-shapes like this predate the era of OA flaps (mid-late 1950s) and while some are easy a bunch are going to sell for hundreds when these auctions end.

The irony of selling Boy Scout memorabilia as a full-time business is that you don’t really get to enjoy your collection as much. I am coming up on the 1 year anniversary of moving to Charlotte and it just struck me that many of boxes holding my collection have never been opened. Just don’t tell my wife or she might suggest that rule that says you have get rid of stuff like that after a move.

This weekend I’m running a 25% off sale on all my Council Shoulder Patches. With 1600+ in stock I’ve got some inventory to pair down. That represents about 18% of my total inventory as I tend to be a little OA heavy when it comes to eBay store.
