THIS IS NOT AN ERROR FLAP PER SE BUT AN UNBORDERED FLAP THAT WAS PROBABLLY AN OVER RUN. I KNOW I THOUGHT ABOUT ONE FOR MY COLLECTION AS I LIKE ODD BALL ITEMS TOO. BUT THIS IS A BIT MUCH FOR AN ERROR!
Jeff I think you will have plenty of chances to get one at a cheaper price. He said he had 15 and gave two away so he has 13 he is selling. He just listed number 2. I am thinkiing about grabing one if the price is low just because it looks different.
There are now some Manufactures Selling their Garbage Cans, Midwest Swiss for one.
Big Jim
Would this even count towards Blue Book? According to his story, those 15 never even made it to the lodge.
should not be a blue book issue!!
Is another Blue Book going to be published????????????????
BigJim
blue book has gotten so big it will probablly only be released again as a cd-rom. last time they only printed like 100 issues for the serious collectors.like a special edition.
It is amusing that the big dogs are bidding high on this one esp since the seller has tipped his hand that he has dupes. I do not understand this esp with people are being so tight-fisted with their funds as of late on ebay.

I can understand the people that wanna collect thier lodges stuff… if theres only 15 means only 15 will have a complete flap collection if its an error or not…
my 2 cents…

I guess this is an unusaual circumstance, i personally would have liked one for my collection but i couldn’t see putting that much money into an unfinished flap. At current this seller has sold a few for quite good money i might add.
(prices are ballpark) $179, $268, $251, $224
I guess this guy is paying for his initial investment and then some just with the AKK 185 flaps.
See people put error only to grab attion to get more bids… I have few flaps for trade, never cut out of the pattern… it aint a error just a opps….
