2019 Portland OR Ed Harris Boy Scout Trade-O-Ree

The weekend of October 4-5, 2019 the Cascade Pacific Council is hosting the Ed Harris Memorial Trade-O-Ree at the council service center in Portland Oregon. Everyone Welcome! The novice swapper to the experienced collector. Individuals to whole troops are invited for an introduction to the hobby.

Cascade Pacific Council, BSA Office at 2145 SW Naito Pkwy Portland, OR 97201
6:00 PM Friday Set-up; Trade-O-Ree runs until 10:00PM
9:00 AM Saturday Trade-O-Ree opens; runs until 4:00 PM

Due to the Council policy we will have to close down on Friday night at 10 pm when the alarm company starts monitoring the building. The building will be locked and secured. Food is TBA, A small Auction will be held on Saturday. A number of hotels are located near the Council Office if you plan on staying the night.
Consignments (contact Todd or Jeff for more information) of items worth $100, or more, are available for a 10% commission. A donor CSP/Flap set will be available for a donation of $50.00 cash, or for approved donations of patches/memorabilia. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Cascade Pacific Council endowment fund to further promote a quality program for all Scouts.

The Ed Harris Memorial TOR is a jointly sponsored event by the Cascade Pacific Council, Wauna La-Mon’tay Lodge and the Northwest Traders Association.
