Friday Morning Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter September 19, 2014
There are several nice Eagle Scout patches in this issue of the Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter to go along with everything else I turned up while scouring eBay. This issue of the SHF also includes a neat 30 second video that the Boy Scouts of America published on YouTube to help with recruitment. The Friday edition of the newsletter always includes a TOR calendar so you can find out information an all the big Boy Scout memorabilia Trade-O-Rees happening across the country. eBay is in the middle of a listing special so there are tons of listings live on the site now. I just recorded an interview for my podcast called Scouting Hot Finds Radio. That episode will air next week and there will be a show notes page published here on the blog.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
