That reminds me of Chris Jensen’s “politically incorrect” Scouting memorabilia collection. This would go well with the Scout shot glasses, beer mugs, condoms, etc.
“You – better run after him” (I alwyas get the running jobs) I took off running and was surprised how far I had to go before I could see him. It’s amazing how fast 7 year old legs can be. Part of the reason he didn’t stop was that he was afraid he was going to get into trouble for running to far ahead. Everything ended up fine, but it was scary for a couple minutes. It did provide an opportunity to talk about safety.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
