After running hundreds of auctions on my Oapatch account yesterday I decided to roll over all the unsold listings into my eBay store. This added almost 400 new items to my OA Patch Scout Memorabilia Store. All of these are BIN with Best Offer turned on.
A few guys gave me grief on Facebook because I was running auctions for really good patches in my Five Dollar Scout Patch Store. But yesterday I rolled all the unsold auctions over (yes at $5 each!) to that store which added 300+ new listings.
Friday I got a new collection in which I will do an unboxing for probably on Monday. This is a neat collection from the early 1970s from a Scouter in the NY area who was active trading patches. He had has about 100 OA flaps in the box although most of them look to be fairly common issues.
Meanwhile on Santeeswapper I have a few consignments that I’m running auctions on with 125 auctions ending this week. These include a great group of Georgia OA and more from the unique Elangomat and special issue OA collection.
In case anyone was wondering I did not make it to the Central Ohio TOR as planned. My wife and I talked and she convinced me that 4 Scouting weekends in a row was too much. So instead Friday night we all watched a family movie on the couch. Saturday I did the yard work and we ran errands and went out to dinner. I hate that I missed spending time with my fellow patch hounds but family comes first.
