Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter November 19, 2024

I spent all day today reloading merit badges into the store. In the most recent sort we did I came up with hundreds of mint condition merit badges. I have previously listed almost all of them so with the software we use it was easy to restock them. eBay also makes it very easy to increase the quantity available on live listings. I also got out my MB collection and found a couple that filled holes for me which is always fun.

One of my employees stared photographing all my dupes in Types A-D that have been sorted. This includes a number of good squares that I hope to have live in December. But as those of you who collect these know it’s those wide crimped 1930s issues and the war era sand twills that can really be rare.

If you are going to the upcoming NCAC TOR at Camp Snyder in VA be sure to stop by. I will have 2 tables and will bring along all the Best Hobby Pages products. I always invite everyone to place their order early online with free pickup so I can have it boxed up and ready to hand over.

On eBay this week I have a full slate with 140 live auctions. This includes about 10 ending every night of the week with a ton dropping Sunday. Don’t sleep on these auctions this week as I’ve got some of the best items in the recent collection sorting up for bids including a 1935 Jamboree Region 9 strip from an Oklahoma troop.
