Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter December 27, 2024
Heading into 2025 I have some work to do. Yesterday I popped into the office for a few hours to get some organizing done. I created project cards, kinda audited where we are on listing new items and tried to get set up to hit the ground running. After getting a colonoscopy last week things can only get better from here. 🙂
We are still mailing out the August 2024 version of my 1-page TOR calendar with every order. It’s about time for me to update that with all new shows sprinkled in. Right about now I regret printing 3k of those fliers but that’s OK. Most shows from year to year don’t change as far as the weekend, location and organizers.
On eBay I have just under 50 auctions running that end on Sunday. If I can get into the office this afternoon I need to get some more prepped to launch for next week. On the launch platform we have merit badges, camp patches and some SAPs ready to go.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
