Yesterday I implemented the Eisenhower Matrix idea in the warehouse that was mentioned in Tuesday’s issue. I created over 50 project cards and ranked each one on a scale of 1-3 focused on difficulty, profit and urgency. This now charts a clear path as to what I need to do first in the warehouse. By the end of the day I had moved two items to the In Progress column.
The other thing I am working on is a more structured way to be more active posting stuff in the Facebook Group. I have a lot of success finding unusual items and posting them in the Scout Patch Collectors. So starting next week I hope to be more strategic in planning this out. I have created a separate notebook to schedule these on paper and track the payments and shipping. It’s fun to post stuff on FB but it can also be a headache to keep it all organized.
On eBay this week I have 138 live auctions running. This run includes SAPs, camp patches and OA. Today I will get about 600 new items scheduled that are all ready to launch. This is also the last day of a 39% off clearance sale I have been running for a short sprint on eBay.
