In this block you will find some nice auctions from one of the earliest eBay partners I had when I launched the Hot Finds back in 2009 – none other than noelle3. She did ALOT of consignment selling for Topkis and you can tell by her feedback rating that she was busy. I guess she is back in the Boy Scout game and I’m happy to give Dawn a shout out.

The seller is making a guess that EUCOM is from the Transatlantic Council. I’m sure Mike Walton would know! There are also some nice old pre-fdl flaps in this block to check out

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
