Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter April 30, 2024

 

Last night I made a trip to the church to hang the banner and put out the road signs to promote the event locally. I also attend the Pack meeting to talk it up to the Cubs and get the parents engaged to help volunteer. One of our troops is set to do the concessions so it’s really a team effort to host the Charlotte TOR this weekend.

We have 29 vendors coming from 7 different states and 100 tables in the room. Part of that will be a display area. That will help with the Collections and Scouting Heritage merit badge classes on Saturday. If you are making plans to attend visit the website for more information.

 

I have 222 live auctions this week featuring almost exclusively lodge flaps. I’ve been experimenting with lotting up more common flaps from the same lodge to see if I can move them out.
