Back with another unboxing of vintage Boy Scout patch collections! The first box came to me from Florida but the stuff is all 1940s-early 50s vintage from Samoset Council in Wisconsin. The family that I purchased it from got these items in an estate sale down in the Sunshine State and I was happy to add them to my collection. The second box (or should I say pair of boxes) were from a Scouter from Alaska who attended the 2001 National Scout Jamboree and did a TON of patch trading while there. I am sure his Western Alaska Council and Nanuk Lodge 355 patches were very popular on the trails at Fort AP Hill in VA. I enjoyed getting some bread and butter stuff that I love from many councils across America.
