Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter April 27, 2018

Yesterday I got 1700+ mostly OA flaps listed for sale on my ScoutPatchHQ.com website. These are ones that a lister I hired has been working on for a few months and it’s great for me as a seller to be able to push the button and put them up for sale.

One of the things I love to do at a conclave like the Dixie is just 1:1 trading. When you are sitting on lots of dupes there is nothing better than filling up a table with stuff that you want to convert into fresh inventory. I’ll probably spend upwards of 12+ hours patch trading this weekend.

I made a lot of progress this week at the new warehouse. Mostly I’ve been installing the shelving so i can get everything up off the floor and finishing moving my inventory out of the basement. I hope by the end of next week I’ll have the operation fully up and running.

Once again this week I have 200 auctions running with 10 cent minimum bids. The last time I did this I had one buyer purchase over 100 patches and I’d be happy for that to happen again. With new inventory coming online it’s better to sell through some of the stuff that’s been in the store for multiple years.
