Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter April 24, 2018

I got a small box of patches in the mail yesterday from Lancaster, PA. Most of these were late 1950s – early 1960s. I quickly posted them for sale on my store at fixed price with free shipping. The collection has some OA, camp patches and council patches.

This is what I’m up against today. I’m going to the new warehouse this morning to tackle the project of building more shelves and getting things organized. Where you see this pile of boxes and stuff in the foreground will hopefully be a series of shelves by the time I’m done today.

Brad England and I have been talking about some projects to fire up later in 2018. We are more than 5 years into the Facebook Group and we’ve talked about ways to grow the Scout Patch Collectors as a resource for the hobby.

It has been almost 5 months since I took over Best Hobby Pages. During that time I’ve traveled to several TORs and shipped out a bunch of orders. I’m about to order my 2nd round of restock from the manufacturer on certain products and it’s all be a learning process that I’m grateful for.
