This morning I published a video for the paid members of the Patreon Group sharing some stories of collections and my wins and fails. Often times within the SHF Insiders I can open up a little more about some of the craziness of trying to do this full time.
I’ve got a link above to the eBay Store of Paul Kelly aka “Cloth Badger“. Paul lives in Charlotte and I’ve worked to help him launch his store. After putting together an epic Pacific Northwest collection he is downsizing. If you collect that area of the country make sure to bookmark his store.
My daughter Sophia has been helping me this week in the warehouse taking pictures. She came back from college with a hole in the bumber of our Prius (something about a brick flower bed?) so she is working off the repair bill. That is the only good thing about having car repair guys all around my warehouse. This will be the 2nd time the same body shop has fixed one of her ouchies.
On eBay this week I have 175 live auctions featuring SAPs, OA and more. We continue to put 50 new items in the store every day and are averaging 400 per week. My employee took only 2 days to get a pair of camp patch tubs sorted and alphabetized. Next she will be on to RWS and then CPs. It’s wonderful to have someone who loves the monotony of sorting patches!
