Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter June 15, 2021
I just published another unboxing video even though I’ve been at camp for several days now. Luckily I have some “in the can” thanks to the work of my video editor Samuel. This was a fun collection from a guy that went to the 1960 and 1964 Jamboree.
What made this unboxing even more unusual is that the owner of this collection is a fan of my YouTube channel. When we talked on the phone I promised him I would gladly film an unboxing if we worked out a deal.
I’ve got a system set up now when I unbox items so I apologize that if you see anything in the video is not available. Partly because I’m at camp but also since these items have already been photographed and in line to be put up at auction.
Over on eBay I have 209 live auctions ending soon on many OA flaps and other issues. I will need to make some time this weekend during my 24 hours to list more stuff if I am to keep up the pace of listing.
We have really had a lot of fun so far getting to know each other at staff week and getting the camp ready. I’ve been blown away with the work ethic and attitude of the staff. Good things to come!

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
