Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter July 16, 2023

I got back from camp Thursday morning and immediately started packing for Jamboree. We get on a charter bus early Wednesday morning to head up to the Summit. My daughter gets on a bus today to head up for staff.

While at Jamboree I’m sure I’ll trade some patches but as a participant, I’m also looking forward to doing some of the fun things there that I’ve never experienced. I’ve pretty much only done the stuff in the Action Center and the zip that goes near the stadium. All of the other program areas are on my bucket list for this trip.

While I have been gone from the business boxes have piled up so that literally there is a mountain of stuff to process and list. This sounds like an August project that I can begin to tackle. My employees have done a great job of keeping everything moving but without me. Now I have to jump in and do some unboxings and get new inventory on the conveyor belt.

On Santeeswapper I have 120 live auctions running including camp and World Jamboree patches. One of my main jobs Monday is to restock the calendar with more auctions to keep running while I’m in West Virginia.
