Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter September 10, 2021

The last few days I’ve been pulling stuff off the shelf and putting tags on it for next weekend’s Charlotte TOR. I discovered a forgotten tub of Boy Scout duffel bags and Jamboree fanny packs. I will also have four Apple bags at the TOR that I really don’t think I need to hold onto forever.

I know that many of the vendors coming will have tables full of patches. So I’m going to be the alternative and have things like a tub of merit badge sashes, scout belts, table top catalog rack pieces and more. One item I hope to sell out of is 5″ D-ring white binders that I think lots of guys could use for storing their collection. Of course I’ll also have dollar tubs and some nice stuff under glass.

I have 131 live auctions on eBay including some nice Philmont and Comanche Lodge pieces. I am back to listing about 20 items every day with some extra offerings on Sunday.

The Charlotte TOR now has vendors from 10 states coming as I just welcomed onboard someone from Alabama. Sunday evening I am going to put out the yard signs around the church. We have already hit up the round tables in the local area and I have been pushing it on social media. I hope you can make it!
