Yesterday on a random Saturday in the fall we had 5 people working at the warehouse! Some of that was because Friday was a scratch day with Charlotte getting the impact of the hurricane through the morning. But still my son needed to get his monthly work hours in (gotta pay for that cell phone) and we needed to get caught up on shipping.
I have spent the entire week with 40+ clear totes spread out over the back of the warehouse sorting everything into like items. I know ya’ll have heard me talk about this for some time and I can tell you it’s taking way longer than I would have liked. But to put your hands on every Cub Scout arrow point or camporee patch and put it in the right box takes in exorbitant amount of time.
Today I’ve got to get some items scheduled so we can end the month having hit all of the listing goals. There is a slim chance my daughter might also be coming down off the mountain today. She attends college near Asheville and if you pay attention to the news then you have seen how Helene has devastated that area.
On eBay I have 139 live auctions running including some vintage camp and OA issues. Tonight about 80 of those are ending with the usual Sunday night finale.
