Three Eagle Scout Collections Unboxed – Sharing The History
When a young person has worked for years to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout in the program that really means something. I have seen through the years of collecting Scouting memorabilia that people tend to hold on to their collections a lot longer if they made it to Eagle. This might also be true if they hiked at Philmont Scout Ranch or attended a National Scout Jamboree.
So it was no surprise as I sat down to open up some collections that I purchased that all three came from Eagle Scouts who had finally decided to let their stuff go. I hope you enjoy this chance to see the history and what these Scouts accomplished in their time in the program.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
