Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter November 12, 2023

Turns out that Friday was our bring your kid to work day. My son had the day off from school and needed to get some hours in to pay for his phone bill. So Patrick was tasked with sorting CSPs into buckets alphabetically. He finished the project by 4 PM and we went to see a movie together to cap the day off.

I have tried so many different ways to sell CSPs. I have over 10k of them listed individually on eBay. Lately I’ve tried bundling them up by council name or just mixed lots. Something similar is going to happen here maybe by state. For me it doesn’t make sense to keep listing common CSPs as singles on eBay.

Who would have ever thought that RWS community strips would be better sellers than common CSPs? Maybe it’s just the time that has passed but I have better luck selling individual community strips than common CSPs. Even when they are sewn people don’t seem to mind. Of course it always help when you have an interesting town name that someone can connect to their council.
