Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter November 02, 2021

 

I finished moving last week and settling in to the new location at the Sleepy Poet Antique Mall in Charlotte. As promised I filmed a video showing the new booth stocked with fresh inventory. I am going back this Friday to take enough restock to fill every nook and cranny.

 

Today I listed for perhaps the first time over two hundred neckerchief slides for sale in my eBay store. I created a category just for them. For some time now I’ve tried to eliminate death piles in my office of unlisted stuff that is collecting dust. Many months ago I photographed these pieces and just got them listed. I have the best ones going up for auction later this month.

 

I just got word of another TOR today and was able to get it on my TOR calendar. I need to go through and update everything but if you are in NY look for the Allegheny Highlands show on May 22.

 

This week I have 210 live auctions on eBay with a mix of OA and council event patches. The neckerchief slides I mentioned are scheduled to launch on the 14th.

 

I am going to try and burn some midnight oil this week in the warehouse getting caught up. I have some projects that I’m ready to be finished with and lots of patches waiting to get scanned and listed. Last night I sneaked back out here when we had nothing going on at home and got a box processed.
