Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter November 08, 2022
This is the week that I get back on track with my live show. After three episodes I had an issue at the warehouse that required some extensive renovation work which threw a monkey wrench into everything. Add in the Charlotte TOR & lodge reunion and that was too much on my plate!
The highlight of this show will be a video I made with Russell Smart at the Charlotte TOR. He brought an amazing Eagle Scout history display and we walked through the frames as he explained the theme. You can also see the new giveaway (and who won the last one! Yesterday I started listing some Senior Scouting items that I’ve had scanned for a while. In my new listing space in the office, I am able to start a messy project like this and come back to it later. I’ve got guidebooks and my own personal collection spread out to help me identify and research each piece.
On eBay, I have 167 live auctions running. Today I’m sorting CSPs also that I will offer up on Facebook as I try to revive that selling strategy as well.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
