As I have touched home plate sorting new inventory in the warehouse I wanted to go further. The shelves in the warehouse are overloaded so I decided to make a trip to hand off about 15 totes of unlisted items to another dealer. You can’t call it Marie Kondo but I am trying to reduce the clutter so I can have a cleaner workspace. My last step will be taking some more things to the storage unit so my aisles are completely clear.

I have another eBay seller that is taking all of my books and some other bulky stuff which has also helped. It’s been great to build these relationships with other trusted sellers so I can stay out of the storage business and focus on the selling business. 🙂 It’s a good thing to have the sourcing momentum but if I can’t turn things around that’s a problem.

I also can utilize my antique mall booth to move stuff and the Facebook group is a great platform. So this week I’ll try and post more items on there too. TORs are another opportunity and I’ve got some of those on the calendar. So it is a good problem to have but as always I have a lot of pans on the fire.

I have 214 live auctions on eBay right now. These include RWS and SAPs and OA neckerchiefs. Tonight on Santeeswapper Store I have some neat neckerchiefs ending at auction.
