Scouting News from the Magazine
I went to the home of Scouting magazine to see if they had links up to this month’s issue yet. (they don’t – there is a great article on square knots that has pictures and explains each one). But I did find a neat news brief that had some interesting items. For example I didn’t know that the new merit badge pamphlets are going to be in color.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
