Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter December 13, 2022

 

The good news is I essentially left teaching school over a decade ago and have not looked back. Ok, I did teach one year in a charter school but let’s not mess up the flow here! I feel like I’ve been slowly building up my business for those years as I made it my full-time gig. But luckily it’s also my passion and I always look forward to coming to work. So you can bet in 2023 and beyond my goal will be to maybe get more productive, more efficient, and smarter about how I do things but I am already doing what I love.

 

I literally had a new idea this morning on the elliptical machine at the YMCA that I’m going to implement tomorrow. The live show was an idea that I came up with while on a two-week beach vacation in August. So in this space, I get to be creative even if it’s mostly as a one-man production team. But it’s also about the community whether it be in person at events or online through the newsletter and Facebook. I’ve always been a cheerleader for the hobby and I’ll continue to do that as well in 2023.

 

I have 198 live auctions on eBay including lots of variety. I have just started listing a bunch of VA OA including conclaves and items from Tutelo 161. Somehow I keep getting collections from that neck of the woods.
