Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter November 01, 2022
The lodge fellowship and reunion that I attended this weekend exceeded all expectations. We had so many people come out of the woodwork that it was unbelievable. All of the events during the weekend from the memorabilia displays, guest speakers, BBQ dinner and patch auction were awesome. There are pictures all over Facebook so I won’t share any here. But not it’s time to get back to the real world.
Right now in the warehouse some workman are painting drywall and putting the base boards back up after some unplanned renovations. I’ve been working out of the back part of the warehouse for the whole month of October and it’s really been hard juggling everything. But I think by the end of the week they could be gone which would be amazing.
With all this construction going on I have postponed the live show for three weeks now. I think the reunion also had something to do with that! But depending on how my wife feels about me staying late tomorrow I might be able to record a show. I don’t want to make any promises just yet.
On eBay I have
184 live auctions this week. I worked really hard yesterday on the auction calendar and almost have the whole month of November filled.
My next TOR is Winston-Salem in December. I know there are some good ones happening all over the country but I’ve got two kids in school and a business to run so I can’t take off every weekend to go see people and swap patches.
