Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter September 19, 2023

 

I have always been eager to share all the Scouting history that i have collected. Tonight I get to do that with some of the items I’ve been collecting since starting this hobby as a 14 year old. I’m taking my Camp Coker collection along with historical pictures to a reception being held in Florence, SC this evening.

 

 

I don’t have everything from the camp but probably one of the top collections. But more importantly I have also collected historical photos from the camp that i have blown up to 8×10 that I think help share the history as well. The reception is the launching pad for some great things to come for Camp Coker as a new vision and financial support are coming together.

 

 

Today I also posted a new video in my Patreon Group. I have not mentioned the Scouting Hot Finds Insiders very much here. But a few years ago I started a group that allows me to have a way that fans of the Hot Finds can connect and get some exclusive content. In the video I just shared I unboxed 1/2 dozen collections in a 25 minute sprint.

 

 

I have 160 live auctions on Santeeswapper including some really good Georgia and Carolina OA. Much of this comes from a collection I purchased before going to the Jamboree back in July.
