Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter July 26, 2024
Over on Facebook there has been a good bit of buzz about the OA Endowment Auction. Jason Stribling is coordinating this year and the good news for most of us is that it’s online and you don’t have to be there in person to participate. Check out what they have with auctions beginning to end August 1.
I am headed home tomorrow morning with a little over 24 hours to shower and get some clothes washed before leaving for NOAC. My lodge is flying out EARLY from Charlotte and we will land in Denver before 10 AM Monday. I know some of you are on your way to the Pre-NOAC TOR that Chris Jensen is hosting at the Denver Council Office. Have Fun! I can’t make this one but he has sold it out and it will be a good show.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
