Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter March 10, 2017

One of the tricks we are trying to spread the word is making 400 patch business cards were distributed last night. I printed labels that had all the key details and put them on the back of patches. My thought was people are less likely to toss those in the can and would actually share them with the key volunteers in their unit. Eric had the idea that we allow them to trade them in at the check in table for a patch of their choice.

This issue of the Hot Finds has a ton of really good OA flaps and issues. I was able to fit many of them in this block and some of these are on my eBay watch list.

Yesterday on my Facebook Bargain Store I scanned in all the images from the Cincinnati Ohio collection that I got in this week. I’ve got a phone call to return after I get today’s newsletter out to a local collector that might buy it all to bring it back home.

On eBay my live auctions include all first run listings that I have been working to get up for bids. All day today I am going to have my head down plowing through a box of JSPs from Jamborees going back into the 1970s that need to get up as well.
